PLEASE READ: Yes, I am biased. I prefer some genres, styles, and studios over others. However, I will attempt to be as objective as possible in my assessments - if I like a title but think it's of poor quality, I'll be saying so. Likewise, titles that are clearly meant for kids will be graded according to their specific genre. Please also keep in mind that these ratings are concerned with any given anime title only, and not the manga/novel/film/video game/fandom/whatever else. Titles are rated on a simple 1 to 5 scale in order to keep things as blunt and uncomplicated as possible. The rating system for anime titles is as follows:


1 Star - Bloody Awful
2 Stars - Below Average
3 Stars - Average
4 Stars - Above Average
5 Stars - Great Stuff
